Peyton Mullin was born and raised in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He later attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Peyton was involved with the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, the American Bar Association Student Division, and participated in various Pro Bono programs earning a Pro Bono Commendation for his dedication to public service.
Peyton practices exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law, including Divorce, Alimony, Child Custody, Time-Sharing, Child Support, Modifications, Relocations, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, Mediation/Marital Settlement Agreements, Paternity, and Adoptions.
Peyton is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Canakaris Family Law Inn of Court.
